The Watershed Bowls

A hearty, wholesome vegetable bowl made with beans, sweet potatoes, tomato, fennel, aromatic vegetables, and farro simmered in broth and red wine. Topped with our own hemp pesto and fresh herbs. Served with a side of rustic bread and butter. Available as a vegetarian dish or ask about your protein options upon ordering.
