The St. Croix River has been the heart of The Watershed Café since its start in 2014. Inspired by the vitality of the river valley and local flavors of small-scale farms, owners Rita, Steve and the Rasmuson family envisioned The Watershed Café as an inviting, laid-back place of community. As a local cornerstone, The Watershed Cafe is a gathering place for friends, family, neighbors, and people of all walks of life to enjoy intentionally-prepared, sustainably sourced meals.
