SOUP DU JOUR

Our very own Tomato Basil or the Soup of the Day. Hearty Three-Bean Chili, made with pasture-raised beef from local Peterson Craftsman Meats, is available seasonally.

CAFE SALAD

Mixed greens with cucumbers, roasted pepitas, and our own lemon vinaigrette. Grilled chicken can be added.

CAESAR SALAD

Mixed lettuces topped with Parmesan cheese, made-from-scratch croutons, and our own Caesar dressing. Grilled chicken can be added.

THE AUTUMN SALAD

This colorful and crisp salad features the best flavors of autumn with mixed greens, red onion, candied pecans, dried cranberries, pasture-raised bacon from local Peterson farm, sliced apples, local Cosmic Wheel Creamery cheese, and our own maple balsamic vinaigrette.

THE COBB SALAD

Mixed greens topped with applewood smoked bacon, avocado, egg, blue cheese, tomato, Boar's Head roasted turkey, with our own ranch dressing.

STEAK SALAD

Grilled Peterson Craftsman Meats pasture-raised beef skirt steak with mixed greens, roasted beets, toasted walnuts, red onions, feta & our balsamic vinaigrette.

BUFFALO JO

A Watershed twist on the comfort food classic! Featuring sauteed prairie-raised buffalo from sustainable Wild Idea Buffalo, with peppers and onions, all smothered in sauce and topped with melted cheddar. Served on a toasted brioche roll.

REUBEN

We slow roast our corned beef brisket, it's sliced and grilled, then topped with sauerkraut, swiss cheese, and our Thousand Island dressing on grilled pumpernickel.

HUMMUS SANDWICH

Our famous made-from-scratch hummus with fresh garden vegetables including mixed greens, tomato, cucumber, avocado, and red onion on a grilled ciabatta hoagie.

TURKEY CLUB

Boar's Head roasted turkey, peppered applewood smoked bacon, avocado, tomato, lettuce, and mayo on toasted sourdough.

CHICKEN PESTO

Grilled Amish farm chicken breast topped with melted provolone cheese and our housemade pesto on a toasted ciabatta.

GROOVY GRILLED CHEESE

TUNA MELT

Our housemade tuna salad, topped with Wisconsin cheddar, tomato, and lettuce, on grilled multigrain.

PULLED PORK

Slow roasted, pasture-raised pork from local Peterson Craftsman Meats, topped with Triple Crown Organic BBQ sauce, red onions, and Wisconsin cheddar all on a toasted brioche roll.

WEDNESDAY - CUBANO

Featuring cuban-spiced, pasture-raised pork from local Peterson Craftsman Meats with sliced ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard on a ciabatta hoagie.

THURSDAY - MEATLOAF SANDWICH

It's our famous, housemade meatloaf with local pasture-raised Peterson Craftsman Meat, red onions and provolone, smothered in cranberry BBQ sauce, and sandwiched between two slices of cranberry wild rice bread. Yum!

FRIDAY - FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH

A juicy and delicious heaping tower of a sandwich with two hand-breaded Amish chicken thighs, our own jalapeno spiked slaw, and seasoned mayo on a toasted brioche roll. 

SATURDAY - PATTY MELT

Featuring a juicy 8 oz. burger from local pasture-raised Peterson Craftsman Meats, heaped with sautéed onions and mushrooms, with melted cheddar and swiss, sandwiched between grilled sourdough and rye!

Pan-fried, lemon-breaded Walleye served with hand-cut Watershed potato wedges, house-made coleslaw, and our own tartar sauce.

Your choice: of Superior Red Trout, Salmon, or our Fresh Catch of the Week - a market fresh seafood dish specially prepared to delight and surprise you! Also choose two sides: Cafe or Caesar Salad, housemade Wild Rice Pilaf, Vegetable of the Evening, or Linguine (add pesto for $2 more).

MAPLE-GLAZED DUCK

Featuring a roasted, maple-glazed half duck served with our own wild rice hash and the seasonal vegetable of the evening.

SMOTHERED PORK CHOP

Featuring a juicy and tender pork chop from local, pasture-raised Peterson Craftsman Meats, smothered with onion gravy. Served with flint corn grits and seasonal vegetables.

NY STRIP LOIN

Featuring a juicy and tender 10 oz. New York Strip Loin from local, pasture-raised Peterson Craftsman Meats. Served with specially prepared potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

ROPA VIEJA

A Spanish-inspired dish featuring sustainable Wild Idea bison chuck roast braised with peppers, onions, and tomatoes in a wine sauce. Served with rice, roasted sweet potatoes, and black beans. 

RISOTTO BOWL

Arborio rice made with vegetable stock, finished with parmesan cheese, seasonal vegetables and topped with our very own hemp pesto. Ask about your protein choices upon ordering.

HOMEMADE MACARONI & CHEESE

A rich and creamy Watershed classic made with local Crystal Ball Farms' organic cream, Wisconsin cheddar, and applewood smoked bacon. Served with your choice of Cafe or Caesar salad.

MINESTRONE

A hearty, fresh vegetable bowl to nourish your soul made with beans, sweet potatoes, tomato, fennel, aromatic vegetables, and farro simmered in broth with red wine. Topped with our very own hemp pesto and fresh herbs. Served with Sister Crave's local, organic sourdough.

POZOLE

A traditional Mexican soup featuring hominy, stewed pork, garlic, onion, and tomato, served with tortilla chips, lime, avocado, cilantro, jalapeno, and sour cream.
