THURSDAY – MEATLOAF SANDWICH

It’s our famous, housemade meatloaf with local pasture-raised Peterson Craftsman Meat, red onions and provolone, smothered in cranberry BBQ sauce, and sandwiched between two slices of cranberry wild rice bread. Yum!
